IN THE COMMUNITY
Community volunteer work has been part of my life since my teens, and these days, my contributions in the local community center around organizing, education, and community-building activities with organizations that have included Creativity Explored, Ecocity Builders, First Exposures, Goodwill (as a community partner with the San Francisco, San Mateo and Marin chapter), Girl Scouts of Northern California & Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship Green Business Camp, Homeless Prenatal Program, Mission Girls / Mission Neighborhood Center, POWER (People Organized to Win Employment Rights), Rebuilding Together San Francisco, and Saint Francis Homeless Challenge.
