How to make your new year’s resolutions a reality

As the last of the holiday season’s nogs and bubbles are sipped and the glitter and pine needles are swept away, allow yourself to slow down and sit down to think about your resolutions and goals for the new year. What habits and ways are you ready to shed or revise? What will you add? How will you incorporate these changes into your life?

These questions and simple attainable steps are addressed in the article I was asked to write for the Noe Valley Voice, a popular San Francisco neighborhood newspaper. Despite a tight deadline, this professional organizer was able to liberate some space in her calendar and oblige, as it is the rare occasion that one comes home from work and finds a message to call back the editor of the local newspaper. The article appears in the December 2010/January 2011 issue.
